Every new year I always tell myself I'll start blogging again. And this has legit been an ongoing thing since I was 11 when Xanga was the shit.
Back then, people used to blog for themselves, not in the hopes it would eventually procure an audience. Blogs rarely had pictures and no one boxed themselves in to writing about just one subject. Blogs were personal not personable. It makes me quite sad that today, the blogging game is limited to 140 characters and VSCO-filtered photos with overly thought out captions (or an elusive lack thereof).
So in protestation to the saturation, I've decided I'm going to try to bring blogging back to it's original roots. No overly processed fashion photography, just me and the words making sweet love until dawn.
If you can stomach the raw nature of pure text, here's where I will be. I can't promise it will be cute, child-friendly, or entertaining, but I can promise that it will be real, 100% me.
